Abstract

This community service program aims to improve human resource quality through an On-The-Job Training (OJT) program with the theme “Building People through Credit Unions” for new employees of KSP Kopdit Obor Mas. The participants consisted of 72 new employees with diverse educational and professional backgrounds. The method employed an experiential learning approach through a combination of lectures, discussions, simulations, and direct workplace practice. The results showed a significant improvement in the cognitive aspect, with the average score increasing from 62.5 to 85.3. In addition, positive changes were observed in affective and psychomotor aspects, particularly in work attitudes, responsibility, and member service. These findings indicate that value-based OJT in credit unions is effective in developing professional and value-driven human resources. This program contributes both practically to cooperative human resource development and academically to the development of value-based training models.
